How it works:

1. Come visit us at our store with your product.

2. We will discuss the problem. (some cases we can determine the problem just by listening.)

3. Together we will fill out some light paper work (info) and your end is done.

4. We will investigate your product and find our solution to fix it. (sometime not same day.)

5. If parts are needed to be ordered we will contact you and let you know pricing and let you decide if this is what you'd like. If we have the parts we will contact you as well.(If Parts are on order this process can take a while, we will let you know when they will be in.) 

6. Installing your parts and putting your product together, soon after we'll test it for a while.

7. Time for you to pick up your item! (The exciting part) while also providing a solution to your  original problem, in most cases we can determine what happened; allowing you to sometimes prevent this from happening again.
