WattBox is a brand of power management and surge protection devices, primarily used in professional AV and smart home installations. They offer a variety of products including IP-controlled power conditioners, UPS (uninterruptible power supply) battery packs, and traditional power distribution units. Self-Healing Auto Reboot
WattBox power products are uniquely designed to fix themselves without any outside intervention, helping to prevent service calls and dealer troubleshooting. The unit continuously monitors connectivity and when the connection is lost, it automatically reboots the troubled device as programmed. You can even schedule regular reboots through the local UI or OvrC platform.
Surge Protection
WattBox units often utilize Metal Oxide Varistors (MOVs) which are components that absorb excess voltage and redirect it away from connected devices.
